 A bicycle production starts with the selection of high-quality components and raw materials. The suppliers of the factory are thoroughly chosen. The Bicycle factory “Yantar” manufacture is based on the most modern equipment and the latest engineering developments. Only reliable components of well-known companies such as: SHIMANO, ZOOM, MOZO, PROMAX, ASSESS, VELO, PROWHEEL, KMC, NECO and others are used for bicycle manufacture. Bicycle rims are made of aluminium anodized cross-section of GIANT Company, one of the best in its field. Quality control
 To make our products compliant with high quality standards we have made quality control our basic production principle. International management quality standard ISO is implementing. QCD is managed by professionals experienced in working for car factories of such worldwide brands as BMW and LANDROVER. Before going into production all components are double checked for quality. All bicycle production process from the components to the assembly is constantly controlled. QCD tests product quality at all stages of production by specially provided pass cards. Rim manufacture
 Rims are produced on the transfer lines of the world leader in bicycle equipment production – the Italian company Bike Machinery. Bicycle rims are made of aluminium anodized GIANT cross-section. Due to this cross-section becomes resistant to damages, corrosion and gains durability. Thanks to such cross-section bicycle weighs less and free travel improves so that less effort should be made to ride it. Moreover such rims of aluminium cross-section have perfect appearance and don’t need chromium-plating or painting, i.e. environment-damaging technology. Wheel assembling
 Wheels are assembled by the famous Dutch company Holland Mechanics, which is an acknowledged expert in the production of the equipment for wheel manufacture. Spokes are joined to bushings, tightened by nipples. The wheel undergoes computer balancing which fully eliminates vertical and horizontal wheel wobble, i.e. the wheel becomes perfectly steady. To prevent faulty goods after mounting all tires are pumped up and stored for 24 hours before assembly. Bicycle assembly
 Bicycles are assembled on automatic line where several bicycle models can be assembled at the same time. On the assembly line the regulation “STOP defect!” is applied – the worker who notices some faulty goods stops the line. Such control eliminates the possibility of defective goods and guarantees 100% full strength of the product. Packaging
 High quality 5-ply cardboard is used for packaging. The box is additionally fixed by a stapler and a packaging tape, which preserves product appearance during its transportation and storage and allows stockpiling children’s bicycles into up to 20 layers. The stickers on products and packaging clearly demonstrate the main advantages of the bicycles produced by the Bicycle factory “Yantar”. They draw buyers’ attention to the main advantages of the products. The necessary marking is affixed on both sides for convenience.
